We offer apprenticeship vacancies, and in addition offer to upskill employers’ existing staff in these areas. All training is delivered by our highly qualified, experienced and dedicated assessors and functional skills tutors.
All of our programmes provide people with the skills and experience that they need to take the next steps in their career, whether they are just starting off or looking to get back into work. All learners will also benefit from gaining JTM’s nationally recognised qualifications.
For employers, we offer a completely free of charge recruitment service, for all apprentices. The only cost incurred would be their hourly wage

At JTM we acknowledge the duty of care to safeguard, protect and promote the welfare of our learners and are committed to ensuring safeguarding practice reflects statutory responsibilities, government guidance and complies with best practice and OFSTED requirements. We expect all staff, volunteers, and learners to share this commitment.
Some job posts are exempt from the provisions of Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 by virtue of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exemptions Order 1975) and where appropriate staff will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check. (DBS)
In line with our Safer Recruitment Procedures, prior to the appointment of new staff we will undertake a search of their public social media accounts to check for posts or evidence of extremism and hate speech; violent images; nudity; toxic language, swearing and profanity.

While we acknowledge that developing your work skills is essential to passing your qualification, we also realise that enhancing your confidence and social skills are critical in work and in everyday life. With our dedicated assessors, we will ensure that you leave our programmes as a rounded, confident and professional individual.
As an employer you will benefit from our constant support. We will conduct regular surveys with both the employer and the employer’s apprentice to ensure that you receive the highest quality from us and the learner.
