We offer a range of management and team leading courses ranging from Level 3 Team leading through to Level 5 Management in both Apprenticeships and stand-alone qualifications accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Our qualified and experienced tutors and assessors will guide you every step of the way, giving you the skills to excel and progress.

As with all our courses at JTM we offer these qualifications as apprenticeships and as stand alone qualifications depending on what you want.

If you decide that an apprenticeship is the route for you then it will last for around 12 months. We will meet the needs of both yourself and the employer to deliver on and off the job training. At the end of the course you will receive an industry recognised qualification from the Institute of Leadership & Management.

The apprenticeship is generally split into three main components: the first, where one of our tutors will come out to your workplace and observe and assess the skills you have gained whilst working; the second part contains all the theory behind why you do the things you do in the workplace and finally the Maths & English, if they are required and depending upon your situation you may not need to do this part.

With the stand alone route you will usually undertake either the theory part of the qualification, tailored to the skills and knowledge you want to develop.

None of these qualifications have entry requirements, although we recommend for the Level 4 and above qualifications that you have relevant experience.
